What if every Christian consistently modeled love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control?

As a follower of Jesus, you want to impact, influence, and inspire the people around you. As you know, there is no shortage of books on the market today that are concerned with the "hows" and "secrets" of relationships. But this series of sermons is more concerned with the "who" and the "standards" of loving relationships.

Galatians 5:22-23 is one of the best biblical texts on the true nature of love. The apostle Paul gives nine different terms to describe the fruit of the Spirit.

The challenge for Jesus' followers is to produce the fruit of love in their lives so they can really Get Connected to Others.

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law" (Gal. 5:22-23 NIV)
